Email Authentication

To help the user log into the platform.

To access the platform, the user is invited by the Solution Owner. The user receives an invitation mail with an activation link.

First Time User

  • Clicking on the activation link redirects the user to a new tab:

    • User must fill out the mandatory fields marked with a ‘red asterisk’.

    • Client ID is a unique code assigned to the client. It is provided by the Solution Architect (SA) handling the account. This is an optional field and can be skipped.

  • After account activation, the Registered User is redirected to the login page where a One Time Password (OTP) is generated and sent to the email address that is registered with the platform.

  • Copy and paste the OTP in the OTP field and Submit

Click on 'Create' to generate a new one.
