Tool Introduction
The 3D Point Cloud Tool allows precise segmentation of points belonging to objects of a point cloud. This is done by using different selection methods for classifying points.
The platform has been built to support:
Sequential and non-sequential datasets
Interpolation of objects across frames in sequential data sets
Multiple selection tools for segmentation such as Cuboids, Polygons and Polyline
Creation of multiple instances for a given class. Eg. Car 1, Car 2, Car 3…
Linking of attributes for classified points
Reference image support for better object identification and understanding of orientation.
Drawing in 2D mode over the point cloud for faster and easier experiences
