Batch Export

After a task gets submitted in any of the nodes it becomes ready for export.

On the left navigation, click on the link ‘Batch Export’ under ‘Delivery’. It opens up the screen as shown above.

The top rail on this screen has the below options :

Filter Node: This option filters out the batches based on their status in the selected node
Filter By: This option filters out the batches based on two status
- Ready for Export
- In Progress

Batches that have the status ‘Ready for Export’ are the ones that can be selected for delivery.

Select the ones you would like to request the delivery output files for
Click on ‘Request Export’ after the selection has been made
Click on the check box next to ‘Batch Code’ at the top to select all
This action sends an email to the user’s iMerit email ID which has been used to log in to the platform
The email has an AWS signed URL
The signed URL is valid for 1 hour after receiving the email
Clicking on this URL downloads the output files
The output files are in the format specified in the task flow configuration
