Polygon2d
The polygon2d drawable is used on the image to capture the objects.
Create a new 2D Polygon
Enable the Annotate Image feature OR draw on the thumbnail
Select the "Polygon2d" tool by clicking on the ‘+’ icon in the Class List on the left
In the image, a small red circle with the mouse pointer appears. Draw the polygon by left-clicking to create vertices. To exit annotation mode, press escape
Right-click to end the polygon2d (Note: a right-click also adds a point)
The Annotation Details panel appears. Provide the instance and mandatory attributes and save
The annotation is created and visible on the Class List. A ‘2D’ is added beside the annotation to denote it is a 2D annotation.
Select a 2D Polygon
There are several ways to select the annotation.
Use the mouse and click on the annotation
Select the annotation from the Class List
Change the Dimensions of a 2D Polygon
Select the annotation
Drag the vertex to make the annotation more precise
Hover near the edge of the polygon and a ‘+’ symbol appears. Click and a new vertex is added to that edge
Snapping a vertex to its adjacent vertex deletes a vertex from the polygon.
Change the Category of a 2D Polygon
Select the annotation
Open the Annotation Details panel
Select the new classification
Save
Copy/Paste a 2D Polygon
Inter Frame
This copies and pastes the dimensions along with the annotation details in the next/previous frames
Select the annotation
Press the hotkeys CTRL+C
Move to the next/previous frame
Press the hotkeys CTRL+V
Remove a 2D Polygon
There are several ways to delete the rectangle. First, select the annotation you want to remove, then do any of the following
Press the hotkey (Del)
Contextual click the annotation and select Add/Delete annotation
Click the trash icon next to the object in the Class List on the left.

Since there are multiple instances of the same annotation within the same frame and across the sequence, the user is prompted with the following 4 choices:
Current Frame x
Delete selected annotation
This deletes the annotation from the current frame and specific sensor i.e. the count for this is always 1
Delete all annotations of object (n)
This deletes the annotation from the current frame and all sensors. The number of annotations present on the frame is mentioned beside this option.
Entire Sequence
Delete selected annotation (n)
This deletes the annotation from the entire sequence on the specific sensor. The number of annotations present on that sensor is mentioned beside this option
Delete all annotations of object (n)
This deletes all the annotations from the entire sequence visible in all sensors. The number of annotations present in the sequence is counted and mentioned beside this option.
